We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Grand Stock Supply. Please review our return guidelines below:

Return Eligibility Window

• Standard merchandise and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.

• Heavy equipment, custom-modified shipping containers, and trailers are inspected thoroughly upon delivery and are generally non-returnable unless they arrive with documented manufacturing defects or transit damage.

Restocking Fees & Return Shipping

• Approved returns of standard items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.

• The customer is responsible for all return freight shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item shipped).

Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed through your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
